Legal Diary ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Legal Diary mobile application (the "App").

The App relies on service providers, including:
- Supabase (authentication, database, and related infrastructure);
- Cloudinary (image and media processing and storage);
- Apple, Google, and Expo-related infrastructure for app delivery and notifications.
These providers process information as sub-processors only to deliver their services to us. Their use is governed by their respective privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information:
- With service providers who assist in operating the App;
- If required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request;
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of users, us, or others;

Your information may be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our service providers maintain facilities (for example, cloud regions). We take steps that are appropriate in the circumstances to safeguard personal data, including contracts or measures required by applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting info@devorium.com. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
10. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law in Pakistan and any other jurisdiction that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, object to, or request deletion of certain personal information, or to lodge a concern with a regulator.

The App is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Pakistani law, including requirements that may arise from sector-specific rules or future personal data protection legislation. If statutory requirements conflict with this Policy, applicable law will govern to the extent required.
